Do you lie sometimes? It happens to all of us, we may say, “we ran out of time,” however we just did a poor job of planning our time efficiently. Making excuses is just another form of lying, do you agree?

If we prioritize our time for what and who is important, we probably could have come through on our promise or achieve a deadline.

If we continue to make excuses, our integrity is at stake. We define integrity as doing what is good, right and proper, even at a personal cost.

So next time you find yourself making an “excuse” ask yourself, is this the right thing? Or Should I just own up to the fact that I didn’t plan properly?
