Organizational Character is an organization’s demonstrated values. Some leaders let culture happen. Leaders need to be as intentional with their culture as they are with their tactics. Coach your people with character when they are out of line with your values. Have regular conversations about these values and they will become ingrained in their minds and realize the importance.
