Why do we allow toxic performers to stay in their roles? Sometimes making the hard decisions aren’t easy. We as leaders have to exercise our duty; take action based on our assigned tasks and moral obligations. It’s fair to give people a chance to change and grow, but if they don’t it’s time to have them move on. You, your team and even the individual all deserve better.
